Kevin Lee Dyer

Funeral services will be held on Friday at 11:00 AM at the Canfield United Methodist Church for Kevin Dyer of Canfield who passed away on Sunday after a long illness. Mr. Dyer was born October 9, 1946 in Pittsburgh, Pa the son of Joseph R. and Grace (Jackson) Dyer. A 1964 graduate of Chaney High School, Kevin served in the Navy during Vietnam, and attended Y.S.U. after completing two tours of duty. Kevin worked in retail operations and because of his business expertise, was hired by various companies in many areas of the country. He was most recently a vice-president at Richmond-Gordman in Omaha, Nebraska. He was an avid golfer. Besides his wife Martha, a teacher at C.H. Campbell Elementary School in Canfield, Kevin leaves two sons: Mark who attends Ohio State University and Andrew, currently a senior at Canfield High School. He also leaves a brother Robert Dyer of Newton Falls as well as his father, Joseph of Youngstown. Mr. Dyer was preceded in death by his mother.
