Funeral services will be held on Friday, November 9, 2018 for Kyle Jonathan Kent, 20, of Austintown, who passed away as a result of injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident on November 1, 2018. Kyle was born on December 19, 1997, in Youngstown, Ohio, the son of Steven E. and Alicia (Harris) Kent. He was a graduate of Austintown Fitch High School, class of 2016 where he played football. He attended Bethany College where he also played football. Kyle played baseball for Millcreek, Austintown Community Baseball and the Fitch Falcons. He was employed at Asphalt Solutions as an Equipment Operator. Besides his love of football, he also loved lifting weights at the gym every day, running with his mom, and was a health enthusiast. He loved family get-togethers, his friends, hunting and fishing. Kyle is survived by his parents Steven and Alicia Kent of Austintown; his brother Connor and his sister Krystyna, whom he loved dearly, both at home. He also leaves his maternal grandparents, Eric and Pamela Harris Sr. of Austintown; and his paternal grandparents, Janice Brahler of Boardman, John and Carol Gordon of Florida. He is also survived by aunts and uncles; Eric Harris Jr. of Boardman, Kayla Brahler of Boardman, Kim and Jack Miller of Austintown, and Jim Kent of Youngstown; and his girlfriend Christine Dempsey. The family will receive relatives and friends Thursday, November 8, 2018 from 4:00-7:00 PM and Friday, November 9, 2018 from 10:00-11:00 AM at Tabernacle Evangelical Presbyterian Church, 2432 South Raccoon Road, Austintown, Ohio, 44515. The funeral will be held on Friday, November 9, 2018, at 11:00 AM at Tabernacle Evangelical Presbyterian Church.
