Lawrence S. St. Clair

Lawrence S. St. Clair age 82 Services will be held Monday 10 AM at Lane Funeral Home Canfield Chapel for Lawrence S. St. Clair who passed away Thursday July 4th at Caprice nursing home. Mr. St. Clair was born November 30, 1919 in Youngstown a son of Albert S. and Mary E. (Campbell) St. Clair. He was a machine operator for Wean United for 42 years retiring in 1984. He was a member of the West Side Baptist Church and the church’s bowling league. He was a 56 year member of the Scottish Rite, Meander Masonic Lodge, the Youngstown Shrine, Youngstown Grotto, Clan McDonald, 139th McKinley Eastern Star, Past Master of the Meander Lodge, He was also past President of Scottish Clan McDonald. He is survived by his wife Mary E. Hipsley whom he married on September 14, 1946, 3 daughter Diane Constance and Nancy Laverock both of Boardman and Twila Harker of Poland, 4 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents and two brothers Albert and Roy St Clair. Calling hours will be at Lane Funeral Home Canfield 5-8 PM Sunday with a Masonic service at 8 PM.
