Leiana V. Tomlinson

AUSTINTOWN-Leiana V. Tomlinson, 45, passed away at 10:35PM Friday, July 24, 2009 in St. Elizabeth Medical Center from complications following kidney failure. Leiana was born March 19, 1964 in Brooklyn, NY the daughter of John and Ernestine (Luten) Tomlinson Sr. and was a 1982 graduate of Rayen High School. Leiana was multi talented in many ways and had a passion for singing. Leiana is survived by her life partner of twenty years Mary Quisenberry, whom she met August 23, 1989; her father of California, her mother-in-law Mary (Creed) Quisenberry of Austintown; brothers and sisters Lynn Tomlinson, John Tomlinson Jr., Renee Tomlinson, Brian Tomlinson, Nancy Tomlinson and Christina Pettis; brothers-in-law Bart (Mary Lynn) Quisenberry, Jeff Quisenberry and Randy (Kerry) Quisenberry; a sister-in-law Carolyn Kerensky; nieces and nephews Allena, Victor, Nicki, Toni, Johanna, Emma, Alex, Sophie, Zachary, Taylor, Austin, Noah, Rachel and Alyse; numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins and by a host of friends. Leiana was preceded in death by her mother. Family will receive friends on Friday, July 31, 2009 from 4 until 7PM in the Lane Funeral Home Austintown Chapel. A Celebration of Life Service will take place at 7PM Friday, July 31, 2009 in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers the family suggests that memorial contributions be made in Leiana’s name to the funeral home to help defray costs of the funeral.
