Letha Oteria Marsh

Letha Oteria Marsh, 75 of Warren, died Saturday evening, September 15, 2018, at St. Joseph Warren Hospital. She was born April 8, 1943 in Elkins, West Virginia the daughter of the late Ruth Poling Weese Price and Ernest Weese. She was also preceded in death in 2007 by her stepdad, Harold R. Price, who raised her. Letha was a graduate of Elkins High School and took continuing education in computer science and flower arranging. She was a self employed party planner for many years and was still currently working. Earlier in her working career, she worked at a clothing "sewing" factory. Letha enjoyed silk flower arranging. She served as a volunteer at Warren General Hospital and with Families Helping Families. She had been active with the American Business Women's Association. She is survived by two daughters, Carolyn Jean Marsh of Warren and Angelia "Angie" Parr of Roseburg, Oregon; one son, Timothy D. Marsh of Cortland; two granddaughters and four great grandchildren and two brothers, Gary R. (Brenda) Price of Warren and Delbert Gene (Janis) Price of Hamilton, Ohio. Several cousins and many friends also survive. The memorial service will be held at 6 p.m. Friday, September 21, 2018 at Lane Family Funeral Homes, Roberts-Clark Chapel in Warren, where the family will receive friends from 4 until the 6 p.m. service time. Pastor James F. Baer will officiate. Per Letha's wishes, cremation was held.
