Lois Fellers

Funeral services will be held at 11 AM Thursday at the Lane Funeral Home Canfield Chapel for Lois Fellers, 92, of Canfield Place, formerly of Canfield, who passed away Monday, July 23, 2018. Lois was born February 10, 1926 in Youngstown, the daughter of John and Lois (Rikeman) Dempsey. She was a graduate of South High School. Lois was a homemaker, a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She was a longtime member of Western Reserve United Methodist Church. Lois enjoyed flower gardening, especially ferns which she took care of at her home on McCarty Drive in Canfield where she lived for 60 years. Her husband E. Richard Fellers, whom she married, January 1, 1945, passed away in 1998. Lois leaves one son, Richard R. Fellers of Gibsonia, PA, three grandsons Joshua P. (Sherri) Fellers, Jeffrey R. Fellers and Bradley R. Fellers, one great granddaughter, Piper, as well as one brother, Eugene E. (Anna Marie) Dempsey of Poland. Besides her parents and husband, Lois was preceded in death by three brothers, John, Phillip and Donald Dempsey. Friends may call from 10 to 11 AM Thursday at the Lane Funeral Home Canfield Chapel where services will begin at 11 AM.
