Lois I. Andrews

Funeral services celebrating the life of Lois I. Andrews will be held 11 AM Tuesday, March 19, 2019 at the Lane Funeral Home Austintown Chapel. Lois passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 13, 2019 at the age of 85. She was born December 10, 1933 in Youngstown the daughter of Clifford and Esther (Brobst) Sinn and was a lifelong area resident. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Lois and her husband Thomas were the owners and operators of Andrews Hot Sausage Concessions for 45 years. Her passions and hobbies surrounded her family. Family life was most important to Lois. She was a member of First Federated Church. Lois leaves four children, Kevin Andrews of Austintown, Patricia Scardina of North Jackson, Lori Andrews of Austintown and Shawn (Duke) Andrews Connors of North Jackson, one sister, Allice Perry of Hamilton, OH, as well as 16 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren. Besides her parents, Lois was preceded in death by her husband Thomas J. Andrews, whom she married in 1954. Thomas passed away November 20, 2016. She was also preceded in death by two sons, James and Thomas Andrews, three brothers, and one sister. Friends may call 4 to 7 PM Monday and again from 10:30 to 11 AM Tuesday at the Lane Funeral Home Austintown Chapel where services will begin at 11 AM on Tuesday. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Hospice of the Valley in Lois name.
