Lyle M. Clemons

Services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, September 1st, at the Lane Funeral Homes Canfield Chapel for Lyle M. Clemons of 3344 Western Reserve Rd. in Canfield who passed away on Tuesday at Austinwoods Nursing Home. Mr. Clemons was born July 15, 1916 in Canfield, Ohio the son of Paul C. and Florence (Rothgeb) Clemons. Lyle was a press operator at G.F. Office Equipment and retired in 1980. Mr. Clemons leaves 3 daughters; Mary M. Huff of New Waterford, Carol L. Tancer of Canfield, and Pat Guappone of Lisbon. He also leaves 2 step-brothers; William Clemons of Florida and Donald Clemons of Virginia. Also surviving are 6 grandchildren, 7 step-grandchildren, and 7 great-grandchildren. Lyle was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret (Barnhouse) Clemons, whom he married October 2, 1935 and passed away in May of 1996, as well as 2 brothers; Morton and Paul, a sister Evelyn, and a grandson Tony.
