MARIA SCHNEIDER, 88 TALLMADGE-There will be Services at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the Lane Family Funeral Homes-Anstrom Chapel, 8387 Tod Ave. in Boardman for, Maria Schneider, 88, who died Friday afternoon at Akron City Hospital. Maria was born August 13, 1926 in Gross-Schogen Romania, the daughter of John and Maria Emrich Mueller and immigrated to the United States in 1951. Maria was a home-maker. She was a member of the former Honterus Lutheran Church and a current member of Bethel Lutheran Church. She was also a member of the Youngstown Saxon Club-Branch No. 22. Maria was dedicated to her family and practiced her strong church beliefs. She enjoyed dancing and gardening. Her husband George, whom she married March 9, 1946, died in 1962. Maria is survived by her daughter, Mary (Jeff) Reisman of Cuyahoga Falls; her son, Alfred G. (Fred) Schneider of Canfield; her granddaughters, Lori (Jeff) Frankford and Keri Countryman and her gr. grandchildren, Justin Allen Frankford, Nicholas James Countryman and Carlee Rosemarie Frankford.
