Michael C. Rudloff

Michael C. Rudloff, 65 of Columbiana, died early Wednesday morning at Select Specialty Hospital, Boardman. Michael was born June 8, 1958 in Salem, a son of the late James and Pauline (Stewart) Rudloff and was a lifelong area resident. He grew up in East Palestine, graduating in 1976 from East Palestine High School.

 He had been a truck driver for R.T. Vernal Paving and Excavating for 30 years, retiring in 2022.   Michael loved the Canfield Fair and looked forward to tending to the horse and pony barns which he had done for 25 years, becoming a family tradition. He also enjoyed playing on-line poker, but most importantly was spending time with his grandchildren. 

He was a jokester and will be dearly missed by his wife of almost 50 years, the former Donna Marie Noble, whom he married October 20, 1984; his son, M. Ned (Brianna) Rudloff of Berlin Center; three grandchildren, Ben, Gabriella and Urban. Michael also leaves three sisters, Sue Straley of TN, Betty Ann Ross of NC, Kay (Paul) Hrenko of Darlington, PA and a brother, Jim Rudloff of Youngstown. Besides his parents, Michael was preceded in death by a sister, Jayn Simpson. Services are being planned for a later date.
