Michele T. Kulik passed away quietly at the Village of St. Edward’s at Green after struggling with Alzheimer’s disease. Michele was born in Youngstown, Ohio on May 18, 1952 to Rosemary (Green) Baird and James Baird. She graduated from Boardman High School and retired from O’Neal’s Tarpaulin and Awning Co. after working there as a secretary for many years. Michele enjoyed driving her convertible, boating on Lake Erie, taking photos of sunsets and long motorcycle rides with her husband, Chet. Her sweet, kind hearted spirit made everyone she met feel like an immediate friend. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Chester Kulik and son, Michael Kulik. She is survived by her beloved brother, David (Jan) Baird of Kent, OH, her sister, Virginia Kulik of Florida and her brother, Mark (Cynthia) Baird of Florida along with many nieces and nephews. She also will be missed by her dear friends, Carol Cooley and Linda Naypaver.
A celebration of life will take place at her favorite restaurant, Trax in Austintown and will be announced at a later date. A special thank you to Northeast Ohio Hospice and the staff at St. Edward’s Village for their wonderful compassionate care.
