Nancy Jane Confoey

Nancy Jane Confoey, 76, passed away October 15, 2018. She was born October 22, 1941 at South Side Hospital in Youngstown, Ohio to Clarence James and Laura Josephine Coleman Confoey Sr. Nancy retired from General Motors Lordstown in 2006 form the Paint Department. Nancy enjoyed wood working as she built her own log home with the help of family and friends. She also enjoyed crafts and surface hunting for artifacts. Nancy leaves three brothers and two sisters, George (Gwenneth) and Richard (Lorraine) Confoey of Berlin Center, Raymond Confoey of Missouri, Kathleen Yeagley of Georgia and Patricia Wolfe of Berlin Center. Nancy also leaves her companion and caregiver, Cheryl Discerni of Berlin Center. Nancy was preceded in death by her parents, brothers Clarence Jr., William and Robert Confoey and a sister Alberta Jean Confoey. As per Nancys wishes cremation has taken place and there will be no services or calling hours. A special note of thanks to Dr. E. Lee Foster (retired) and staff, Dr. Amy Awaida and staff at the Hope Center in Howland, St. Joes third floor nursing staff and the St. Joes Emergency room staff, as well as Patriot Home Care and staff, Tudor Physical Therapy in Newton Falls and staff, Hospice of the Valley, Adam from Lindcare and Lorraine Confoey RN (retired), for all of your help, concern and compassion.
