Nancy Phillips Rigsby Tackett

Nancy Phillips Rigsby Tackett, 80, passed away Tuesday afternoon April 30, 2019 at Shepherd of the Valley in Howland. Nancy was born on October 2, 1938 in Warren, OH; a daughter of the late Raymond and Marie (Simons) Phillips. She was a 1957 graduate of Howland High School and was a hard working mom at General Electric until she retired in 2003. She had an artistic talent and loved painting and drawing. She enjoyed traveling and loved spending time with her family. Nancy will be deeply missed by her children, Lawrence (Darlene) Rigsby, Lisa (Greg) Luscher, Philip D.J. Rigsby; her sisters Joanne Barrow and Dottie Hardwick; her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, cousins, nieces, nephews, in-laws; and her second husband Doug Tackett. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Donald W. Rigsby; her son Raymond R.
