Patricia Macres

There will be Services at 6 p.m. Thursday at Lane Family Funeral Homes-Austintown Chapel for Patricia "Bubba" L. Macres, 70, who passed away Sunday afternoon at St. Elizabeth Health Center in Youngstown. She was born Aug. 13, 1947 in Youngstown, a daughter of Lewis F. and Ruth E. Lanterman McKay. Pat was a 1965 graduate of Austintown Fitch High School. She was employed by Giant Eagle in the Hot Foods Dept. Pat enjoyed going to the Austintown Senior Center. She was an avid Cleveland Indians fan and was a talented seamstress. But most especially, Bubba loved spending time with her grandchildren, who were the light of her life! Pat is survived by her husband of 49 years, Christopher W. Macres, whom she married July 31, 1968; her daughter, Melissa L. Kline of Austintown; her sister, Linda L. (Tom) Smith of Youngstown and her grandchildren, Madison Kline, Mina Kline and Jayden Dragovich. Pat was preceded in death by her parents. Friends may call from 4-6 p.m. on Thursday, prior to the Service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Pat's name may be given to the donor's choice.
