Patricia S. Thompson Davis

Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday October 13th at the Canfield Presbyterian Church for Patricia S. Thompson Davis of 4775 Rabbit Ridge Dr. in Canfield who passed away Tuesday afternoon at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital. Mrs. Davis was born April 12, 1945 in Dover, Ohio a daughter of Howard and Kathleen (Wolf) Brown. Pat had worked as a nurse and team leader for the Columbiana offices of Hospice of the Valley. She was a member of the church where she served as an elder. She was also an animal lover and an Ohio State University fan. Besides her husband Joe Davis whom she married July 11th 1998, Patricia will be sadly missed by four daughters: Tricia Pilcher of Columbiana, Marcy Ross of Columbus, Wendy Russo of Canfield, and Holly Piela of Columbus as well as their father Alan Thompson of Columbiana. Patricia also leaves 3 step-children: Julie Davis of Kalamazoo, MI., Chad Davis of Columbus, and Jennifer Davis of Canfield. Her sister Kay Abel of Canfield and a brother Terry Brown of St. Simon’s Island in Georgia are also surviving. Patricia also leaves a grandson Tyler Ross of Columbus. Mrs. Davis was preceded in death by her parents. Memorial tributes may be sent to Hospice of the Valley or to Canfield Presbyterian Church. Friends may call from 2-4 and 6-9 P.M. on Friday, October 12 at the Lane Funeral Home Canfield Chapel.
