Paul Dail Thomas

Paul D. Thomas, age 79, passed away, Wednesday evening, November 21, 2018 at the Liberty Health Care Center. Paul was born August 23, 1939 in Youngstown to the late Dail and Jane (Perry) Thomas. Paul was a proud veteran of the U.S. Air Force. He also earned his private pilots license. He was a Tool and Die Maker for the Peerless Winsmith Corporation for many years retiring in 2004. Paul enjoyed hunting and fishing, but not as much as he enjoyed his grandchildren. He will be missed by his wife of 56 years, the former Katherine Naugle, who he married December 23, 1961. His sons, Dail (Marilyn) Thomas of Concord, NC and Paul (Susan) Thomas of Galloway, Ohio; five grandchildren, Kristin, Nicholas, Kevin, Calli, and Jacob; his siblings, Wesley Thomas, John (Jacquie) Thomas, Lois (Bill) Floyd, David (Kathy) Thomas and Ruth Teets; several nieces, nephews and good friends. Friends may call 6-8PM Saturday at the Lane Funeral Homes, Roberts-Clark Chapel, 180 Garfield Dr. NE in Warren; friends may also call 2-3PM Sunday at the NorthMar C&MA Church, 3855 E. Market St in Warren. Funeral service will be at 3PM Sunday at the church with Rev. Myron Daum officiant. Private interment at Howland Township Cemetery.
