Pauline Ann Brocious, 67, passed away on September 28, 2017 at St. Joseph Health Center after a 2 month battle with brain cancer. Pauline was born on September 10, 1950 in Ringtown, PA to Gordon & Joan (Stravinsky) Knipe. On March 24, 1973, Pauline was united in marriage to Robert E. Brocious who survives. Following high school, Pauline received her credentials for being an LPN. After working for several area nursing homes, she stayed home to raise her family. When she re-entered the workforce, she took a position in the bakery at Giant Eagle and has been there for 26 years. Pauline was a woman of great faith. She was a member of Rock of Grace Family Ministries and was active in their WIC ministry. She was a generous and loving woman who loved everyone and was loved in return by all she met. Pauline lived for her family. She was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother. She loved shopping in salvage shops, canning Bob's homegrown veggies and hunting for beach glass on Kelly's Island. She was also known to put a quarter or two in a slot machine on occasion as well as try her luck with scratch off lotto tickets. A memorial service to celebrate Pauline's life will be held on Saturday October 14th, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at her church home Rock of Grace Family Ministries; 6745 State Rt. 5, Kinsman, OH 44428. Besides her husband of 44 years, Bob, Pauline is survived by her son James (Rachael) Brocious; her daughter Amy Brocious-Naylor; her grandchildren: Breanna Naylor, Nathan Weisbarth & Brennan Brocious; her mother Joan Knipe and her brother Robert Knipe. She was preceded in death by her father. Memorial donations in Pauline's name may be directed to Rock of Grace Family Ministries.
