Richard F. "Dick" Heverly, age 80, of Warren, passed away on Friday, September 21, 2018, at his home following a long illness. Born July 25, 1938 in Utahville, PA., he was the son of Charles W. and Catherine R. (Burchill) Heverly. He graduated from Harding High School. He retired from Van Huffel Tube in Warren. He was a member of the Lordstown Christian Church. Dick loved hunting, fishing, riding his four-wheeler and motorcycle, as well as spending time at his camp in Pennsylvania. He loved spending time with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Survivors include his wife of 58 years, Jacqueline "Jackie" (Bertolette); children: Terri (Keith) Sikora, Sharon (Bill) Sinn, and Richard (Tricia) Heverly; grandchildren: Brandon (Ieva) Sinn, Brittany (Bobby) Bruck, Briana (Dan) OBrien, Alexandra (Alex) Sikora, Olivia Brown, Tori (Tyler) Heverly, and Samantha (Anthony) Heverly; great-grandchildren: Tanner, Ryker, Aubri and Klay Bruck, Layla Cronin and "soon to be" Lilita Sinn; sisters: Barbara Dufalla and Sandra (Greg) MacDougall, and sister in law Barbara Heverly. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother Ronald. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, September 29, 2018 from 3-5PM at the Lordstown Administration Building, 1455 Salt Springs Rd, Lordstown. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to the Lordstown Christian Church.
