Richard Fisher, 75 AUSTINTOWN-Richard, "Dick" Fisher, passed away peacefully on Tuesday. Dick was born on November 24, 1943 in Pennsylvania to Hubert and Rosalind Fisher. He was a graduate of Meadville High School who also attended Pittsburgh University after serving honorably in the United States Army. He was known to many as adventurous who also had a keen-eye for details. His passion for capturing the "thrill" spilled over to his many hobbies as a single engine airline pilot, constructor of experimental airplanes, golfer, photographer and as a hot air balloon enthusiast. Dick was a caring and highly motivated person with a strong work ethic who dedicated more than 50 years to the gas and oil industry, with much of his career spent as a CEO. Dick is survived by loving family members including his wife of 47 years, Lorrie, sister Patricia, brother Doug, son Scott, daughters Lindy and Shelley, as well as 6 grandchildren that he absolutely adored. Visitation will be held from 4-6 p.m. on Friday, February 8, 2019 and a Remembrance Service at 11 a.m. on Saturday, February 9, 2019. The visitation and Remembrance Service will be held at Lane Austintown Chapel, 5797 Mahoning Ave., Austintown, Ohio and an Interment Service will be held at approximately 1 p.m. February 9, 2019 at Roselawn Memorial Gardens, 17045 Conneaut Lake Rd., Meadville, PA.
