Robert C. Anthony

Champion – Robert C. Anthony Sr., 76, passed away Thursday afternoon, December 19, 2024 at his residence. 

Robert was born on April 15, 1948 in Kittanning, PA, a son of the late Charles and Betty Anthony. 

He was a proud veteran of the United States Army and retired from Kraftmaid. 

He had a love for music, especially enjoyed listening to The Beatles, Elvis and Daniel O’Donnell. He enjoyed visiting garage sales and flea markets, watching The Ohio State Buckeye Football Team, camping, and playing cornhole with his family. He also loved to play Santa Claus during Christmas time for the children. 

Robert will be deeply missed by his loving children, Robert (Ivonne) Anthony Jr. and Jill (Aaron) Davis; grandchildren, Mat Yoder, Zach Yoder, and Colton Anthony; siblings, Ed (Kathy) Anthony, Cheryl Popovich, Linda (Jim) Stewart, Pam Anthony, and Sherry (Chris) Kiana; and brother-in-law, Ralph Ailstock. 

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Terri Anthony, whom he married on September 17, 1970; siblings, Chuck Anthony, Carren Ailstock, Carl Anthony, Wanda Anthony, and Marge Thornton; and brother-in-law, Ted Popovich. 

Family and friends may visit from 4-5:00PM on Friday January 3, 2025 at Lane Family Funeral Homes Roberts-Clark Chapel located at 180 Garfield Dr. NE in Warren. 

A memorial service will follow at 5:00PM at the funeral home.
