Robert "Bob" W. Moherman

AUSTINTOWN Robert "Bob" W. Moherman Sr., 87, passed away on April 15, 2017 at Hospice House in Poland, OH. He was born on October 16, 1929 in North Jackson, OH, son to the late Robert M. and Thelma (Kincaid) Moherman. Bob was a system analyst at Republic Steel for 37 years, retiring in 1984. After retirement, he worked as a night custodian at Frank Ohl Middle School. Bob was a member at Zion Lutheran Church for 60 years. He was also a Freemason at Argus Lodge #545 F & AM in Canfield, and member at the Saxon Club and Austintown Fraternal Order of Eagles. Bob enjoyed taking trips to the casino and playing poker. He also liked camping, boating, walking, and spending time with various senior groups. Bob will always be remembered as a skilled craftsman and woodworker, as well as a fix-it-all handyman. He always had a passion for spending time with friends and family. Left to carry on Robert's Memory is his loving wife of 64 years, Margaret "Peg" J. Moherman; his children, Cheryl Moherman, Lori (John) Bouman, Robert W. "Bob" Moherman Jr., and Susan Stanley; his 7 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren with 3 more on the way. In addition to his parents, Bob is preceded in death by his brother, Earl F. Moherman. Family will receive friends on Thursday, April 20, 2017 from 10 to 11 AM at Zion Lutheran Church, 3300 Canfield Rd., where funeral services will follow at 11AM.
