Robert E. Oaks

SALEM-Robert E. Oaks, 74, passed away early Saturday morning, Sept. 2nd at Salem Regional Medical Center. Mr. Oaks was born March 10, 1943 in Youngstown, the son of Otis C. and Eugenia Guthrie Oaks. Bob was employed as a spray painter with Modern Window and Awning Co. He was of the Protestant Faith. Bob is survived by his daughter, Deborah R. Campbell of Girard; his sons, Robert L. Oaks of Brookfield and Bryan Delbane of Florida; his step-daughters, Brenda Shuler Ballas and Tina Shuler; his sister, Cathleen Beck of NC and his grandchildren, Justin Campbell, Jeremy Oaks and Bailey Delbane. Bob was preceded in death by his parents. According to Bob's wishes, there are no calling hours or services.
