Robert Joe Fronk

Robert "Joe" Fronk, 61, of Cortland, passed away March 10, 2015 at home with family by his side. Joe was born September 8, 1953 in Warren, OH, son of Jack and Peg (Palmer) Fronk. He retired as an Assistant Division Engineer for Norfolk Southern Railroad in 2013 after 38 years of service. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and watching NASCAR, especially on his trips to Bristol. He loved his family, friends, his dogs and lived life to the fullest. Joe is survived by his wife, Luann Fronk; two daughters, Michelle (Billy) McVicker of Ashtabula and Trish (Chris) Butts of Stow; two grandchildren, Austin and Michael Butts; one brother, Larry Fronk of Stow and his parents, Jack and Peg Fronk of Stow. The family will have a memorial gathering Saturday from 3-5 PM at the Lane Family Funeral Homes, Shafer-Winans Chapel, 164 N. High St. Cortland, OH. All other services will be private.
