Howland – Sandra C. Liberatore,71, went home to spend eternity with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Wednesday, September 28, 2022.
Sandra was born on March 31, 1951 in Meadville, PA, a daughter of the late Lorin D. and Edna Mae Massey Dickinson.
She was a 1969 graduate of Niles McKinley High School and a 1973 graduate of Kent State University with a B.S. in Education. She was employed at Warren General Hospital (now Mercy Health) for 27 years.
She was a member of Highway Tabernacle Church in Austintown and sang in the Sanctuary Choir.
Sandra was an accomplished baton twirler who started at age six with the Cordettes, a well-known Niles baton corp. She was head majorette at Niles McKinley her junior and senior years. She was a member of the National Honor Society and was Prom Queen her senior year.
She is survived by her brother, Lorin D. Dickinson III and his wife, Linda of Howland; 22 cousins, nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews. And, of course, Grandma Dee!
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Patricia A. Frantz.
A private family service will take place in the near future.
