Scott Edward Sittig Sr.

A celebration of life will take place on Sunday, November 25, 2018 for Scott Edward Sittig Sr., 65, of Canfield who passed away Friday, November 16, 2018 at Mercy Health - St. Elizabeth Hospital in Boardman. Scott was born May 3, 1953 in Youngstown the son of the late Charles and Kathleen (Brunswick) Sittig, He was a graduate of Canfield High School class of 1971. Scott was the owner / operator of Sittig Construction. He loved motorcycles and was an avid sports fan, especially any Ohio team, and motorsports racing. Scott leaves two children, Scott E. Sittig Jr. and Sarah Sittig both of Canfield, two sisters, Nancy Peterson of Carmel, IN, and Charlotte Bair of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, and his friend and former wife, Julie Sittig. Scott was preceded in death by his parents and one sister Carol Sittig. Friends may call from 1 to 3 PM Sunday at the Lane Funeral Home Canfield Chapel.
