Sherry Weese

Cortland – Sherry J. Weese,75, passed away Monday morning September 23, 2024 at Trumbull Regional Medical Center in Warren.

Sherry was born on March 16, 1949 in Punxsutawney, PA, daughter of Warren and Jean F. Pearce.

She was a 1967 graduate of Howland High School. Shortly after high school, she married Roger Weese in June of that year and started their family. She was an office manager at McQuaids Gas and Oil for 22 years.

She loved spending time with her family, holidays, traveling, and trips to Mountaineer.

Sherry will be deeply missed by her loving husband, Roger Weese, her mother, Jean F. Pearce; children, Todd (Tami) Weese of McDonald, Tim Marks of Vienna, Sean (Heidi) Weese of Cortland, Stephanie (Jeff) Lightfoot of Springfield, IL; and Shannon Guiffrida of Cerro Gordo, IL; 13 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and brother Robert (Nancy) Pearce.

Besides her father, she was preceded in death by her brother Gary Pearce.

Family and friends may visit from 11-1:00PM on Thursday September 26, 2024 at Lane Family Funeral Homes Roberts-Clark Chapel located at 180 Garfield Dr. NE in Warren. Funeral services will follow at 1:00PM

Entombment will take place at Crown Hill Burial Park in Vienna Township.
