Shirley M. Morris

PRICETOWN- Shirley M. Morris, age 80, passed away Monday, March 25, 2019 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Youngstown. Shirley was born March 27, 1938 in Warren, Ohio to the late Leroy and Maybelle (Frisbie) Schisler. She was a member of Pricetown United Methodist Church. Shirley was a Teacher at Jackson-Milton Schools for over 30 years retiring in 1994. She enjoyed reading and her flowers. She loved Tennessee Walker Horses. Shirley was an avid Cleveland Browns, Cleveland Indians, Cleveland Cavaliers, and Ohio State Buckeyes Fan. Besides her parents, Shirley is preceded in death by her brother and sister-in-law, George and Evelyn Tomaino. She is survived by her step-children, Mike (Wendy) Morris, Valerie (Tom) Reitz, and Donna Morris, granddaughter Journey Morris, grandsons Matthew and Brandon Godsey, and three great grandchildren Asa, Ezra, and Milo; she also leaves her brothers Sam (Pam) Schisler and Frank (Marge) Tomaino, and her sister Mary (Jerry) Herron; numerous nieces and nephews and her K-9 companion Gabby. A Memorial Service celebrating her life will be 11AM Saturday, April 13th at Pricetown United Methodist Church, 4640 Pritchard-Ohltown Rd. with Pastor Jerry Herron officiant. Friends may call one hour prior to the service (10-11AM) at the church.
