Cortland – Terrence C. Noble, 84, passed away Wednesday February 12, 2025 at Trumbull Regional Medical Center.
Terrence was born on June 25, 1940 in Warren, OH, a son of the late Roy and Phyllis Noble.
He was a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps and worked at Packard Electric for 38 years. While he was working at Packard he owned AAA Noble’s Towing Services for many years.
He was of Christian faith. He enjoyed participating in Civil War reenactments and in Indian Powwows to honor his great grandmother’s tribe, Oglala Sioux. He was an avid history buff and loved to talk about politics. In his younger years, he enjoyed riding his motorcycle.
Terrence will be deeply missed by his daughter, Rhea (John) Markley; granddaughter, Tori Markley; former wife, Betty Noble; stepson, Travis Hipple; and sisters, Grace Noble Warro of FL, Donna Noble Stellar of Cleveland, and Dianne Noble McDivitt.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Harry and John Noble, and sister, Faye Hood.
Per his wishes, there will be no calling hours or services. Arrangements were entrusted with Lane Funeral Homes Shafer – Winans Chapel in Cortland.
