Thomas Hazzard

Canfield- Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday at the Lord of Life Lutheran Church for Thomas Hazzard of Canfield who passed away Tuesday evening at Forum Northside Hospital. Mr. Hazzard was born August 24, 1937 in Chicago, IL the son of Thomas and Anna (Libertyn) Hazzard. A former member of the National Guard, Tom was an Insurance Salesman for the Moore Agency in Salem. He was a member of Lord of Life Lutheran Church and the National Muzzleloading Rifle association. He was also involved with the Mahoning County 4H Club. Besides his wife, Donna (Clupper) whom he married March 19, 1960, he leaves two daughters: Beth (Karl) Friedman of Atlanta, GA and Tina (Adam) Costarella of Hammondsville, OH., as well as three grandchildren. Tom was preceded in death by his parents and a son Thomas James Hazzard. Friends and family may call from 7-9 PM tonight at the Lane Funeral Home Canfield Chapel as well as one hour prior to the services at the church on Friday.
