Tiffany R. Trumbetta, age 26, formerly of Girard, passed away at her residence in Kernersville, NC, on Thursday, November 22, 2018. Born June 18, 1992 in Youngstown; she was the daughter of Rick and Donna (Bigelow) Trumbetta. Tiffany was a graduate of Girard High School and attended Youngstown State University and Kent State University where she earned a degree as an Occupational Therapy Assistant; she was pursuing her Masters degree at Cabarrus College in North Carolina as an Occupational Therapist. She was class President at KSU for the OTA program and was on the Deans list. She worked as an OTA doing traveling assignments and Kindred at Home; she was a member of St. Rose Church in Girard. Her hobbies included: drawing, painting, hiking, traveling, going to the movies, and swimming with the Manatees (which gave her "peace") as well as anything outdoors in the sun or at the beach. She enjoyed cooking (influenced by Grandma Trumbetta), which helped to steal the heart of her fianc. Besides her parents, survivors include: a sister Dalene (Patrick) Hagerty, her brothers, Anthony Palestro and Troy Trumbetta; grandparents: Richard and Marianna Trumbetta, Sakiko Bigelow, and Byron Bigelow; aunts and uncles: Debbie (Samuel) Franco, Clara Swaggerty, Byron (Rhonda) Bigelow, Ronald Bigelow, Diana (Dave) McGeary; cousins: Anthony (Laura), Bianca, Matthew, Marshall, Michelle, Jeremy, Hannah (Chris), Chris (Kayla), Nick (Kaelyn), Jenn (Nick); nieces: Shianne and Naomie; cats, Bubby and Leo; as well as many second cousins, extended relatives, and friends. She was preceded in death by her fianc Craig Stock, with whom she made her home. Friends will be received at the Lane Funeral Home, Austintown Chapel, on Thursday from 5-8PM; Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 11:00AM on Friday, November 30, 2018 at St. Rose Church, 48 E. Main St, Girard, 44420, with Rev. Msgr. John A. Zuraw officiating; where friends will also be received beginning at 10AM for one hour prior to the service at the church. Burial will take place at Resurrection Cemetery. To honor Tiffanys memory, the family requests that those who attend her services wear florals, prints, or colors.
