Timothy E. Evans

Timothy E. Evans, 66, departed this earthly life on Thursday, January 2, 2020. Tim was born on January 29, 1953 to Edward and Theresa (Hughes) Evans.
After graduating from Austintown Fitch High School, Tim proudly served in the U.S. Navy from 1971 to 1976. Tim owned and operated EVCO, a custom cabinet and countertop shop, and was also a Project Manager for various companies, most recently Gleeson Construction Company.
Above all Tim loved his God, his family, and his music.
Tim was preceded in death by his father-in-law James Best, his brother-in-law Jack Holt, his niece Tracey Evans, and his beloved mother Theresa Evans.
Tim is survived by his wife of 48 years, Rita Evans; his two sons Christian (Shelley) Evans and Ryan (Jill) Evans; his father Edward Evans; his sister Suann Holt; his brother Thomas (Bonnie) Evans; his grandchildren Kayli Corfman, Jeffery (Carolina) Corfman, Tyler Evans, Emily Evans, Aidan Evans, and Abby Evans; and his great-grandchildren Adaley Hall and Ero Hall.
A memorial service will be held in the Peace Chapel at Green Haven Memorial Gardens, located on South Canfield-Niles Road on Friday, January 10 at 11:00 AM.
