Verda M. Matovcik

NORTH JACKSON---Funeral services will be held 11 AM Thursday at the Lane Funeral Home, Austintown Chapel for Mrs. Verda M. Matovcik, 89 of 14127 Palmyra Rd, who died Monday evening in Forum Northside Health Care Center. Verda was born October 4, 1912 in Meyersdale, PA, the daughter of Lloyd and Ann Jamine Stevanus Miller and came to this area in 1992. She had worked for Thurofare 30 yrs. Retiring in 1975. Her husband, Paul Matovcik, whom she married in 1980 died in 1996. Verda is survived by a son, Eugene B. Miller of North Jackson, two granddaughters, Diane Bosley and Cindy Stennett and a great granddaughter, Ashley Stennett.She was prededed in death by two sisters, Elsie Klink and Martha Roberts along with three brothers, Ralph, Clemond, and Howard Miller. Friends may call from 7-9 today at funeral home and from from 10 to 11 AM Thursday at the funeral home
