Services will be held on Monday,January 21, at 1:00 p.m. at St.Stanislaus Church for Victor Szelazek of Lake Milton, who passed away at North Side Medical Center on Friday. He was born September 22, 1932 the son of Stanislaw and Teofila Szelazek in Poland Europe. He was in building maintenance at Ameritech for 20 years, retiring in 1995. He was member of Krakusky Club, St. Catherine Church at Lake Milton and St. Stanislaus Church. He served in the Army during the Korean Conflict. He is survived by his daughters Cynthia Midlick of Lake Milton, Shannon Szelazek of Orlando FL., sons Victor Slezak of Ceder Grove NJ., Robert Szelazek of New Springfield, Ronald Szelazek of Winston-Salem NC., Stanley Szelazek of Florida, a sister Sophie Szymanski of Cleveland, a brother Leopold Szelazek of Phoenix AR., and 9 grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his first wife Ethel Rogenski whom he married in 1956 and who died in 1970, his second wife Mary Frances Talley whom he married in 1972 and who died in 2001, a sister and two brothers. Friends may call from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. on Sunday and 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Monday at Lane Funeral Home Austintown Chapel.
