Walter Daniel "Dan" Fishel

Walter Daniel Fishel, 65 of Poland Ohio, went home to meet the Lord early Friday morning, February 23, 2024. Dan was born May 1st, 1958, in Youngstown, Ohio. He was the son of Margaret and Walter Fishel. He lived in Poland, Ohio, his whole life. Dan was a kitchen designer at Home Depot. He loved going to the Canfield Fair, Geneva on the Lake,and Sharon Speedway dirt track races. Dan loved to sing, and he loved playing sports! Dan was also a member of First Covenant Church

Preceded in Death by parents, Margaret and Walter Fishel, and his sister, Janet Fishel.

Dan is survived by his wife, Lori Fishel and daughter, Danielle Fishel of Poland, Ohio. He was a cherished brother to sisters, Carol (Tim) Nordstrom of Kissimmee, Florida, and Anita (John) Meagher of Summerfield, Florida. Dan is loved and will be greatly missed by his mother and father in law, Mike and Kay Buchenic, his brother in law, Michael (Cindy) Buchenic and Mark (Carla) Buchenic and large extended family and friends! 

Calling hours will be held a First Covenant Church, 5210 Glenwood Ave Boardman OH 44512, on Wednesday, February 28th from 2:30-4:30pm. To follow, there will be a memorial service. Flower Donations can be delivered to the church as well in Memory of Dan.
