Atty. Warren G. "Bo" Pritchard

Attorney Warren "Bo" Pritchard, 68, of Youngstown, died Wednesday afternoon, January 8th, at his residence.

He was born August 23, 1956 in Youngstown, the son of Warren and Catherine (Soltez) Pritchard.

Bo was a 1974 graduate of Austintown Fitch High School. He then went on to attend Heidelberg and then the University of Akron where he received a Juris Doctorate degree.

He was a member of Kiwanis International, Austintown Community Church, and former Austintown Trustee. He enjoyed golfing, basketball, and serving his community.

Bo is survived by his children; Katie Eisel, Josh (Alison) Pritchard, Elizabeth (Anthony) Grant, and Rebecca Pritchard; his sisters; Karen Pritchard, Leslie (Jay) Taylor, Patti L'Italien, and Pam Price; and his grandchildren; Nate and Owen Eisel, and Charlie Pritchard.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

In accordance with his wishes there will be no funeral services or calling hours. A private family memorial will be held at a later date, as well as a public Celebration of Life. No further information is available at this time for either gathering.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Austintown Township Parks Gazebos, or the Austintown Community Church Need Room.
