William W. Wilson

Canfield- Funeral services will beheld 11 AM Tuesday at the Lane Funeral Home-Canfield Chapel for William W. Wilson, age 77 of Canfield who died Thursday afternoon at his home after a short illness. Bill was born July 7, 1929 in Warren and was the son of the late William A. and Mary “Polly” (Frew) Wilson. He had worked in sales most of his life in Real Estate, industrial and automotive, both in sales and management. He retired from Jack Ritter Market Motors in 1992. He was an active member of Canfield United Methodist Church and a graduate of Warren G. Harding High School. He is survived by his wife, the former Dolores “Dolly” Heard of 53 years and his son Roger (Janet) Wilson of Canfield. He enjoyed following high school football, Canfield and Warren Harding Schools. He also enjoyed the Cleveland Indians and loved working in his yard. Most of all he was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by his family and friends. Friend and family may call at the funeral home from 5-8 PM Monday.
