Funeral services will be held 11 AM Monday (May 6) at the Lane Funeral Home-Mineral Ridge Chapel for Winnie Wolfe age 89 formerly of Niles who died late Tuesday eve. in Las Vegas, NV. Winnie was born July 19, 1912 in Monterey, TN and was the daughter of Clyde and Arminnie (Touter) Shaver and was a member of Evansville Baptist Church. Her husband, Charles W. Wolfe whom she married in 1962 died March 15, 1977 . She is survived by 5 daughters, Lila Lewis of Las Vegas, Lois Penrod of Clarksville, TN, Arlene Whittaker of New Port Richey, FL, Doris Siler of Dayton, OH and Carol Rice of Victorville, Calif., 17 grandchildren and a number of great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Juanita Oretega, a sister, Ruby Morrison and a brother, Harvey Shaver. Friends may call from 6-8 PM Sunday at the funeral home.
