Worley "Pete" Sparks

Southington – Worley R. “Pete” Sparks, 80, passed away Thursday morning, December 5, 2024 at Aurora Manor. 

Pete was born on May 31, 1944 in Grundy, VA, a son of the late Wesley and Gertrude Sparks. 

He will be deeply missed by his sons, David (Amy) Sparks and Wesley (Renee) Sparks both of GA; grandchildren, Alexander (Ashley Frances) Sparks, Shelby (Daniel) Mercer, Nathaniel Sparks, and Ashley Sparks; great-grandchildren, Jasper Lee Mercer and Chloe Marie Sparks. 

Per Pete’s wishes, there will be no calling hours or services and cremation was entrusted with Lane Family Funeral Homes Roberts-Clark Chapel in Warren.
