Wyatt Nicholas Blevins

Services for Wyatt Nicholas Blevins will be held at 11am Friday at the Ellsworth Community Church Baby Wyatt was born November 13th at Akron Childrens Hospital Boardman and died November 19th. He will be cherished and missed by his parents, Brian and Melissa (Cook) Blevins, sister Hannah, grandparents; Rich and Ruth Blevins, Christine Cook and several aunts and uncles. Baby Wyatt was preceded in death by his grandfather Paul E. Cook. Family and friends may call from 10am until time of services Friday at the church. The Blevins family request that in lieu of flowers donations be made to Akron-Childrens Hospital Boardman in Wyatts name.
